Wild Barbecue Night / Villi grillausilta 2018

Continuing from the Spring barbecue (2018 Edition), we will have another awesome barbecue event. Just remember to register by email and enjoy; below the instructions! Note that this time the event is on Saturday.

Jatketaan Kevätgrillaus (2018) -tapahtuman tyylisesti grillaamalla näin syksylläkinl Muistathan ilmoittautua sähköpostilla ja tulla nauttimaan; alla ohjeet! Huomaathan, että tämä tapahtuma on tällä kertaa lauantaina.

We will do again a very cool barbecue for all the neighbors. We will have e.g. good quality lamb, vegetarian sausages, snacks, some drinks and wine of course; also other awesome stuff for a wild party.
There is also a possibility to go to the sauna again. 25B4 is reserved for us from 8 pm to 10 pm and 25B2 from 9 pm to 11 pm. 

We will start cooking around 15:30h. If you wish to come to help, you are most welcome! The grilling itself starts around 17h. Come and enjoy the company of neighbors and friends. If you want to bring some food to share, you are welcome to do so.

As before, we would like to know how many people are coming to this event, SO IF YOU WISH TO COME, PLEASE SEND US AN E-MAIL!

In order to sign-up, you should send your name and address to yokyla.ita@gmail.com. Please put “Wild Barbecue Night 2018” as title, so that we can find your message easily. The deadline for registration is Wednesday 26th of September at 11:59 pm!

Please tell us in the email, if you are vegetarian, vegan or allergic to food or drinks. Thus we would have more or less what we need; and we can still get some more things when the event is starting, if needed.

Do not hesitate to contact the tenant's committee for any question you may have.

WHAT? Wild Barbecue Night 2018
WHERE? Clubroom 50 A 7 (and around the grill near 25B if it is warm enough)
WHEN? Saturday 29th of September, starting at 5:00 pm (17:00)
The food preparing starts at 3:30 pm (15:30) forwards, if you wish to come and help.
HOW MUCH? Nothing as always! The tenants' committee will cover everything.

Järjestämme taas grilli-illan alueen asukkaille. Saatavilla on mm. laadukasta lampaanlihaa, kasvismakkaroita, pientä purtavaa, juotavia ja tietenkin myös viiniä; totta kai on tarjolla muutakin jännää villiä iltaa varten. Saunoja on taas varattu peräti kaksin kappalein; 25B4 klo 20-22 ja 25B2 klo 21-23.

Järjestelyissä saa tulla auttamaan klo 15:30 eteenpäin; varsinainen ruoasta nauttiminen alkaa noin klo 17. Tulkaa nauttimaan naapureidenne ja kavereidenne seurasta. Voitte tuoda myös mukananne jaettavaksi tarkoitettua ruokaa, mikäli niin haluatte (ei oo tietty pakko).

Kuten aikaisemmin, haluamme tietää kuinka moni on tulossa, jotta voimme varata riittävän määrän ruokaa. Siksi REKISTERÖINTI TAPAHTUMAAN ON SÄHKÖPOSTIN KAUTTA!

Rekisteröinti tapahtuu lähettämällä nimi ja osoite osoitteeseen yokyla.ita@gmail.com. Laitathan otsikoksi “Villi grillausilta 2018”, jotta löydämme sen helposti viestien seasta. Ilmoittautuminen päättyy keskiviikkona 26.9. klo 23:59!

Kerrothan myös jos olet kasvissyöjä, vegaani tai allerginen joillekin ruoille tai juomille. Näin osaamme varautua vähän paremmin. Mikäli jotain puuttuu tapahtuman alkaessa, voimme vielä käydä ostamassa sitä tarvittaessa.

Kysythän asukastoimikunnalta jos jokin asia on epäselvää.

MISSÄ? Kerhohuone 50 A 7 (ja 25B:n lähellä olevan grillin ääressä, mikäli ulkona on tarpeeksi lämmintä)
MILLOIN? Lauantaina 29.9. alkaen klo 17:00.
