Idän asukastoimikunta vastaanotti Turun kaupungin hankkimia valkoisia kangasmaskeja ja ne on tarkoitettu vähävaraisille eli esim opiskelijoille. Saimme maskeja noin 50 kpl, joten nopeimmille ilmoittautuneille laitamme sähköpostitse tiedon mistä ja milloin kangasmaskin voi noutaa.

Cloth masks available for tenants of the East!

Tenants Committee East received white cloth masks acquired by the City of Turku and those are intended for the needy, i.e. students and others who are low-income. We received about 50 masks, so we will inform the fastest registrants by e-mail where and when the cloth mask can be picked up.

Idän asukastoimikunta järjestää Turku Crime-kävelyn 26.9.2020 klo 13.00 tervetuloa! Huom, ilmoittautuminen vaaditaan!

Turku Crime -kävely on mielenkiintoinen ja samalla puistattava kurkistus kaupungin hämärämpään puoleen - Tule mukaan, jos uskallat!

Turku Crime -kävelyllä eli rikosten Turku -kierroksella tutustutaan alamaailman Turkuun.
Kaupungin kaduilla on sattunut selittämättömiä katoamisia, kavalluksia ja pankkiryöstöjä.

Kävelykierroksen aikana käydään aidoilla tapahtumapaikoilla ja kuullaan tositarinoita eri vuosikymmeniltä.

Jännittävällä kierroksella kuullaan myös, miten mystinen hiippailija piti Turkua eräänä kesänä pelon vallassa, ilmestymällä asuntoihin kuin tyhjästä ja säikäyttämällä nukkumassa olleita asukkaita.

The Tenants Committee of Student Village East is organizing a Turku Crime Walk 26.9.2020 at 15.00 Welcome! Please note that registration is needed!

Turku Crime Walk is an interesting and at the same time creepy peek into the darker side of the city - Come along, if you dare!

Turku Crime walk, ie the Turku round of crimes, introduces you to the underworld Turku.

The city there have been unexplained disappearances, embezzlements and bank robberies.

During the walking tour, you will visit real venues and hear true stories from different decades.

In an exciting tour, one also hears how a mystical sneaker held Turku one summer in fear, appearing in the flats as from scratch and frightening the sleeping residents.

Time: 26.9.2020 at 15.00-16.30 (only in English)
Place: Will be informed via email 23.9.2020 for those who did get a place for the walk tour!

Asukkaiden kokous on tulossa!

Kokouksen aikataulu, paikka ja pitotapa on vielä avoinna, mutta (näillä näkymin) kokous on pidettävä viimeistään lokakuussa.

Asukaskokouksessa valitaan asukastoimikunnan jäsenet. Nykyiset asukastoimikunnan jäsenet löydät oikealta (linkeista) kohdasta:Asukastoimikunta.

Jos asut Yo-kylä Idässä sinulla on oikeus asettua ehdolle asukastoimikunnan jäseneksi. Jos haluat tietää lisää, lue alla olevasta asuasyhteistyömalli -linkistä. Members for the Tenants Committee is voted in Tenants Meeting. Current Tenants Committee Members you are able to see at the right side (from the links) Tenants Committee.

If you live Yo-Kylä East you have an option to stand for Tenants Committee member. If you want to know more, please read out the Tenant cooperation model -link (below).

Advisory board meeting:
Haukkuvia koiria idässä. Koiran omistajia kannattaa huomauttaa ensin ennen kuin tekee valituksen muualle. Muistettava myös hiljaisuus ajat.
Barking dogs: The dog owner should be notified first and complain can be made accordingly, however complaining outside silence hours may not be considered appropriate.

Ongelmia veden kanssa rakennuksssa 29 ja 31. Tys tutkii
Water problems in 29 and 31: The defects shall be checked soon by TYS.

Asukastoimikuntien käyttämättömät rahat tuli alunperin ohjata tapahtumatoimikunnan käyttöön. Nyt ilmeisesti rahat olikin käytetty 2019 Block partyyn. Tähän tarvitaan selvennystä.
Budget: Unused money from the remaining tenant committee budget was initially directed to the event committee. Apparently, the money was spent on the 2019 block party. We need clarification about it.

Grillauspaikat: Ehdotamme, että grillauspaikka rakennuksen 25B edessä kunnostettaisiin. Lähellä olisi silloin myös piha shakki ja wc käyttö mahdollisuus.
Grilling place: We suggest that the grilling area near (Just in front ) 25B be renovated. It is because it has Yard chess and accessibility to the toilet would be an advantage.

Tys on ehdottanut, että he hoitaisivat kerhotilan vuokrauksen omalla tavalla. Haluaisimme selvennyksen miten tämä palvelu tulisi toimimaan. Mitä tämä palvelu maksaisi toimikunnalle? Miten avainten luovutus toimisi? Miten siivous/jälkitarkastus hoituisi. Vahingonteon sattuessa miten toimitaan?

Kuvaus:
TYS:n asukastoimikuntien neuvottelukunta kutsuu kaikki talviuinnista, saunomisesta ja uinnista kiinnostuneet seikkailunhaluiset TYS:n asukkaat testaamaan avantouintia kanssaan tiistaina 3.3.2020 klo 17 alkaen Ispoisten uimarannalla (Uittamon uimaranta). Uimapuku on pakollinen ja käytössä on sekasauna. Sauna ja kerhotila ovat varattuna klo 17-22. Sauna on käyttövalmis kello 17:30. Tarjolla on esim. kahvia/teetä, virvokkeita ja makkaraa (myös vegaanille). Halukkaat saavat myös tuoda mukanaan omia grillattavia eväitään. Huom! Tapahtuma on alkoholiton!

Tapahtuma on TYS:n asukkaille ilmainen.

TYS tenants' committees' advisory board invites all adventurous TYS tenants to test ice swimming (swimming in a hole in the ice) with us on Tuesday 3.3.2020 at 17:00 to Ispoinen beach (Uittamo beach). Swimming suit is compulsory since the sauna we use will be unisex. The sauna and the common room are reserved for us from 17 to 22. Sauna will be ready to use at 17:30. Refreshments, coffee/tee and sausages (also for vegans) will be served. Those who want may also bring their own food. N.B.! The event is non-alcoholic!

The event is free of charge for TYS tenants. Further information on the nature of the activity and the location can be found at http://www.turunavantouimarit.fi/. Please note that there will be no transportation provided by us. You can use for example the busses 13 and 99 to get there.

TYS:s aktivitetsnämnd välkomnar alla äventyrslystna hyresgäster att komma och testa på vinterbad vid Ispois badstrand (Uittamo badstrand) tisdagen 3.3.2020.
Bastun och klubblokalen är bokad för oss kl. 17-22. Bastun är varm kl. 17:30-22.00. Baddräkt är obligatorisk. Vi har tillgång till en grill och bjuder alla deltagare på korv (även för veganer) och saft. Det är även fritt fram att ta med egen mat. OBS! Eventet är alkoholfritt!

Ylioppilaskylä idän asukastoimikunta järjestää MoMO ruokaillan 28.2.2020

klo 18:00-20:00 kerhotilassa 50 A7.

Momo on etelä-aasialainen (suosittu Nepalissa) myky/nyytti, joka on täytetty lihalla (kana) tai kasviksilla. (nyytit sisältävät maitotuotteita) ja näitä syödään mausteisen tomaatti chutneyn kanssa.

HUOMAUTUS: Jokainen osallistuja osallistuu ruoan valmistukseen.

Vapaaehtoiset saavat varmemmin paikan.

Yo-kylä East committee is organizing MoMo Food night 2020 event

At Club Room 50A 7, Yo Kyla East. Date 28.2.2020 and time 18:00-20:00. Please sign up before 22nd February.

The number of participants are limited. East committee will send confirmation to first 25 participants.

Momo is a type of South Asian dumplings (popularity gained from NEPAL) which are filled either with meat (CHICKEN) and\or vegetables (NOTE INCLUDES MILK PRODUCTS). This will be combined with spicy tomato chutney.

NOTE: Each participant will be involved in the food preparation.

Volunteers will be given priority during registration!

Hyresgästkommittén i Studentbyn Öst organiserar en MoMo matkväll 28.2.2020 kl. 18.00-20.00.

Registrera dig före 22.2.2020. Momos är sydasiatiska (populära i Nepal) knyter/dumplings som är fyllda med kött (kyckling) eller med grönsaker. Momos innehåller mjölkprodukter. Man äter momos vanligtvis med kryddig tomatchutney.

OBS: Alla deltagare ska hjälpa med matlagning. Volontärer är prioriterade på registrering.
