Advisory board meeting: 
Haukkuvia koiria idässä. Koiran omistajia kannattaa huomauttaa ensin ennen kuin tekee valituksen muualle. Muistettava myös hiljaisuus ajat.
Barking dogs:  The dog owner should be notified first and complain can be made accordingly, however complaining outside silence hours may not be considered appropriate.

Ongelmia veden kanssa rakennuksssa 29 ja 31. Tys tutkii
Water problems in 29 and 31: The defects shall be checked soon by TYS.

Asukastoimikuntien käyttämättömät rahat tuli alunperin ohjata tapahtumatoimikunnan käyttöön. Nyt ilmeisesti rahat olikin käytetty 2019 Block partyyn. Tähän tarvitaan selvennystä.
Budget: Unused money from the remaining tenant committee budget was initially directed to the event committee. Apparently, the money was spent on the 2019 block party. We need clarification about it.

Grillauspaikat: Ehdotamme, että grillauspaikka rakennuksen 25B edessä kunnostettaisiin. Lähellä olisi silloin myös piha shakki ja wc käyttö mahdollisuus.
Grilling place: We suggest that the grilling area near (Just in front ) 25B be renovated. It is because it has Yard chess  and accessibility to the toilet would be an advantage.  

Tys on ehdottanut, että he hoitaisivat kerhotilan vuokrauksen omalla tavalla. Haluaisimme selvennyksen miten tämä palvelu tulisi toimimaan. Mitä tämä palvelu maksaisi toimikunnalle? Miten avainten luovutus toimisi? Miten siivous/jälkitarkastus hoituisi. Vahingonteon sattuessa miten toimitaan?

Meanwhile, TYS proposed it could take care of it in the last advisory board meeting. But, we need clarification on how TYS would like to handle it. We need clarification on key collections, cleaning, checking after rental as well as how the damages (in case) will be handled ?

Kerhotilan vuokrauksesta vastaa Elmira  aluksi kahden viikon koeajalla. 
Rental responsible - Elmira would like to volunteer with a trial period of 2 weeks.

Viljelyryhmä (palstaviljely) hakee vastuuhenkilöä.
Gardening Group: Open for Responsibility ( by 20th of March 2020), 40 Euros (for 2 plots) 

Muut asiat / Other
Garbage not handled properly: We will try to make a clip about -how to put your garbage properly, especially sorting of mixed waste needs to be clear.
Jätteiden lajittelu puutteellista. Asukastoimikunta yrittää tehdä opetusvideon jätteiden lajittelusta. Erityisesti mitä laittaa sekajätteeseen.
