Ylioppilaskylän itäpuolen asukastoimikunnan kokous 30.8.2017

1. Kokouksen avaus

• Kokous avattiin ajassa 19:46

2. Yleisiä huomioita

• Selvitetään mitä bunkkerissa olevien mattojen putsaaminen maksaa
• Bunkkerissa olevien tavaroiden inventaariota tarvitaan
• Hiekkalaatikkojen puhtaus on puhuttanut
• Selvitetään neuvottelukunnan kokouksessa, että TYS:n kautta saadaan varmasti viestiä kaikille asukkaille tapahtumista, Facebook-ryhmästä tms. Ongelmana on, että myöhemmin lukukaudella tulevat eivät ole välttämättä saaneet tietoa.
• 50A7:n piha tarvitsee puhdistusta ja kalusteita. Selvitetään asiaa.
  

3. Talous

• Budjetoidaan 148 euroa Superparkin lippuihin. Niitä ostetaan 16 hengelle.
• Budjetoidaan kerhohuoneen yleistavaroihin (talouspaperit, kahvi, pesuaineet ym.) 80 euroa
  

4. Tapahtumat

• Grillaustapahtuma pidetään perjantaina 1.9.
• Uusien asukkaiden ilta perjantaina 15.9.
• Asukastoimikunnan kokous keskiviikkona 20.9. klo 19:30.
• Superpark-tapahtuma pidetään perjantaina 22.9.
• Keilaus on tiistaina 26.9. (saattaa muuttua)

Awesome Barbecue (Part III)

We'll just keep doing this! The awesome barbecue is back!

So, we will do again a very nice barbecue for all the neighbours. We will have good quality lamb, some drinks and wine of course; also other cool stuff for an awesome party.
After eating there is a possibility to go to sauna, which will be available from 9 pm to 11 pm.

We will start cooking around 17h. If you wish to come to help the, you are most welcome! The grilling itself starts at 18h. Come and enjoy the company of neighbours and friends. If you want to bring some food to share, you are welcome to do so.

As before, we would like to know how many people are coming to this event, SO IF YOU WISH TO COME, PLEASE SEND US AN E-MAIL!

Please tell us in the email, if you are vegetarian, vegan or allergic to food or drinks. Thus we would have more or less what we need; and we can still get some more things when the event is starting, if needed.

WHAT? Awesome Barbecue (Part III)
WHERE? The BBQ place next to 25B (the sauna and päiväkoti) and the giant chess board
WHEN? Friday 1st of September, starting at 6:00 pm (18:00).
The food preparing at 5:00 pm (17:00) forwards in clubroom 50 A 7, if you wish to come.
HOW MUCH? Still nothing! The tenants' committee will cover everything.

Social Gathering with the tenants

Get to know your neighbours and have a fun evening!

The Tenants' Committee invites you to a Social Gathering, open to all tenants of the Student Village East. 

We will provide some food and refreshments.

Annual Common room cleaning/BBQ

Welcome to our annual common room cleaning event. We will be cleaning the common room, arranging everything and checking/managing the rental items inventory.

If you would like to volunteer in cleaning the common room, please send an email to yokyla.ita@gmail.com. 10 volunteers will receive a LIDL gift card worth 10€. For new tenants, It is also a good opportunity to know and meet your tenants or know about the activities of the tenants committee.

There will be free food and drinks provided along with BBQ after the cleaning.
