Lainausehdot (in English below)
Lainaussopimus lainattavasta esineestä syntyy, kun lainaaja ja päivystäjä ovat hyväksyneet sopimuksen allekirjoituksillaan lainatavararekisteriin. Lainaaja on vastuussa lainaamastaan esineestä siihen saakka, kunnes päivystäjä on merkinnyt rekisteriin, että esine on palautettu. Lainaajan on korvattava palauttamatta jäänyt tai rikkinäisenä palautettu esine asukastoimikunnalle.
Lainaajan on esinettä lainatessaan ilmoitettava, milloin hän aikoo palauttaa esineen. Jos lainaaja myöhästyy ilmoittamastaan palautusajasta, hänen on otettava yhteyttä asukastoimikuntaan ja sovittava uusi palautusaika. Myöhästymiset, joista ei ole sovittu uutta palautusaikaa, johtavat lainauskieltoon, kunnes myöhässä oleva esine on palautettu.
Lainaajan on ilmoitettava asukastoimikunnalle ajantasaiset yhteystiedot. Muuttuneiden yhteystietojen ilmoittamatta jättäminen tai väärien tietojen antaminen johtaa lainauskieltoon. Lainatessasi ensimmäistä kertaa, ota mukaasi henkilöllisyystodistus.
Asukastoimikunnan lainatavarapäivystäjät saavat nähdä lainaajan ilmoittamat yhteystiedot ja seurata rekisteristä lainatavaroiden käyttöä. Asukastoimikunta ei luovuta ulkopuolisille yksittäisen lainaajan tietoja ilman lainaajan lupaa.
Kun lainaaja ilmoittaa asukastoimikunnalle lopettavansa lainatavarapalvelun käytön, asukastoimikunta poistaa lainaajan tiedot rekisteristään.
Lainaaja ymmärtää, että lainatavarapalvelu on asukastoimikunnan vapaaehtoisuuteen perustuvaa toimintaa, jossa esimerkiksi päivystäjän sairastuminen voi muodostua ylivoimaiseksi esteeksi palvelun järjestämiselle. Molemmat osapuolet pyrkivät parhaansa mukaan toimimaan hyvässä yhteisymmärryksessä ja hyvää tahtoa osoittaen.
Asukastoimikunta ottaa vastaan ehdotuksia, mitä esineitä tulisi olla vuokrattavana.

Terms of borrowing
Items are issued on production of a borrowing slip, which is to be jointly signed by the borrower and a representative of the Tenant Committee. The borrower is held responsible for the borrowed item(s) until their return has been acknowledged by a representative of the Tenant Committee. The cost to the Tenant Committee of replacement of any item which is lost, damaged or defaced will be charged to the borrower responsible.
An agreed due date is mandatory. Users needing to renew items must contact the Tenant Committee for a new due date. In cases where items are not returned on time and a delayed return has not been expressly asked for, the borrower may, at the discretion of the Tenant Committee, have their borrowing privileges suspended until the items have been duly recovered.
The Tenant Committee must have the most current contact details of the borrower on le. Failure by borrowers to provide correct contact information may result in revocation of their borrowing privileges. All record of a borrower's contact information will be disposed of upon the borrower terminating any further use of the borrowing service. Acting representatives of the Tenant Committee are granted access to inspect the contact details together with the past and current loans of the borrower. The representative may refuse to release items if the identity information supplied by the borrower on the borrowing slip is unclear. The Tenant Committee will never release the contact and identity information of a borrower to a third party without the explicit consent of the borrower.
As the borrowing service is made possible through the voluntary e orts of the members of the Tenant Committee, Force Majeure can be asserted as an excuse for failure to provide the service as a result of, for example, an acting representative of the Tenant Committee falling ill. Notwithstanding, the borrower and the Tenant Committee shall aim to ensure smooth operation of the borrowing service.
