Lainatavara toiminnan avaaminen / Opening the Rental items service
Kyllä (ensi kuussa kokeillaan) / Yes (next month we will try it)
Lainatavaroiden lainaus aloitetaan 1.6.2020. Tavaroiden palautuksen jälkeen tavarat puhdistetaan ja seuraava lainaus on aikaisintaan 7vrk tavaran palautuksesta. / We will start rental items service on 1.6.2020. After returning the rental items the items will be cleaned and the next renting is possible in 7 days from returning the item.
Budjetti lainatavaroiden desinfiointiin (puhdistus)/ Budget for the disinfect (cleaning) of the rental equipments is 100€
Palstaviljely palstojen ostaminen / Getting the Gardening Plots
Hankitaan nyt yksi palsta. Jos lisää halukkaita palstaviljelijöitä ilmaantuu, voimme yrittää hankkia toisen palstan (yksi palsta maksaa 20e) / We will have one plot for now, but if there is more interested people, we can try to get one plot more. (One costs 20€)
Katri hoitaa palstan hankinnan / Katri will handle the plot renting
Kerhotilaa ei voi käyttää vielä, mutta joitain työkaluja voidaan lainata viljelijöille / Club room cannot be used yet, it is possible to rent some farming tools for the farmers.

Grillin paikka tulisi tehdä turvalliseksi / The place for the grill should be made safe.
Pyykkinaru tulisi siirtää käytettävämpään paikkaan / The laundry rope should be moved to the better place
Pöydät ja tuolit pitäisi uusia tai puhdistaa / The tables and chairs should be replaced with new ones or at least clean.
Grillipaikoille tulisi toimittaa vesiämpärit / Grilling places should have water bugets
Asukastoimikunta tekee ehdotuksen mitä grillipaikoille tulee tehdä / The tenants committee will create proposal what it should be done for the grilling places.
Uusi paikka pyykeille (pyykkinarut) / New place for the laundry (laundry ropes).
